Our parish history:

We all thought Anglicans had only been in Eastbourne for a hundred-odd years until research began on the parish history and revealed that missionaries and clergy had been tramping through here since the 1840s. Further delightful discoveries were in store for the author, Julia Stuart, who spent four years interviewing and corresponding with over 100 people and mining parish and church records. The result was a 224-page, copiously-illustrated and beautifully-produced (by Caxton Press) taonga for the parish and the wider church.
