Play Group

On Friday mornings during term time the Church Hall is transformed into a safe and fun place for children 0-4 yrs old. Activities include arts and crafts, toys and books, music, and lots of play. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Morning tea (including good coffee!) is provided. Entry is by gold coin donation.St Albans Window


Sunday Clubs

Every Sunday, during term time, the children gather for their own Christian education programme. Ably led by experienced teachers, this involves a bible story, crafts, dramas, and other fun activities. The programme begins after the opening song and concludes in time for Communion. Children aged 2-11 yrs old are welcome.


Breakfast Club

For older children, those in years 7-10 at school, a combined Eastbourne churches group meets regularly for breakfast and a bible study. This takes place on Sunday mornings during the 9.30am worship services.


Youth Group

Once a month, on a Friday night, 7.30pm – 9.00pm, young people in years 9 and up gather at the St Alban’s Church Hall for an evening of fun activities and a discussion on faith related issues.


Children’s Courses

At various time during the year, courses are run for the young people of the parish.

Men’s Breakfast Club

The purpose of this group is to explore issues of Christian Faith in the modern world, drawing on speakers who have made their mark in both their vocation and faith. The meetings are held every two months at the Day’s Bay Pavilion, 7.00am – 7.40am (concluding in time for the ferry to Wellington).
Christian Walk

A group of women meeting monthly to offer support and encouragement to each another in their Christian walk.


Wednesday Fellowship Group

Each week this group meets in one another’s homes for fellowship and bible study.


Study Groups

As well as the various groups that meet on a regular basis, other short courses are held through the year. This includes an annual Lenten Study Group and a winter series on a topical issue.


Adult Way of Faith

From late October to the end of Easter weekly meetings are held for adults preparing for Baptism, or wanting to reaffirm their own baptism in Confirmation or Renewal.
